Blue Tip Golf Course Named an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary
Anyone who has played the beautiful Greg Norman-designed 9-hole golf course at The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman knows what a natural treasure it is, from the shimmering lagoons that come into play on eight of the nine holes to the dense mangrove forests that embrace its emerald fairways. Well, now the course has the certification to prove it! Blue Tip was recently designated as a certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. Audubon International is a not-for-profit environmental education organization, formed in 1987, dedicated to sustainable natural resource management. To receive the certification the golf course had to meet stringent standards in:
- Environmental planning
- Wildlife & habitat management
- Chemical use, reduction & safety
- Water conservation
- Water quality management
- Outreach education

The quiet month of September just may be the best time of the year to enjoy the outstanding programs and facilities at The Courts at The Ritz-Carlton. Created by legendary tennis coach, Nick Bollettieri, the power behind greats like Andre Agassi and Maria Sharapova, The Courts features three red clay courts and two hard courts.
Adult Beginner Tennis starts up again in September, giving you the perfect excuse to start your love affair with this fabulous sport. You’ll learn tennis fundamentals—fast!—with four fun 90-minute lessons. Featuring a 4:1 player to coach rate, the program will introduce you to proven Nick Bollettieri training methods that will have you playing like a pro (well, almost!) in no time!
Looking for a good workout? Transform your fitness routine and elevate your heart rate with heart-pumping Cardio Tennis. This unique fitness program is offered Tuesday through Thursday and Saturday.
