Residence 602 is an elegant two-bedroom, two-bathroom private home located on the 6th floor of the South Tower at the prestigious Ritz-Carlton Residences, Grand Cayman. The residence boasts breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea, the pristine white sands of Seven Mile Beach, and the resort’s iconic poolscape. Spanning approximately 2,400 square feet, this beautifully appointed residence features an open-concept living and dining area bathed in natural light, enhanced by floor-to-ceiling windows that perfectly frame panoramic ocean, beach, and resort views. The residence comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The primary suite features a king bed, a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet, while the second bedroom is furnished with two queen beds, ideal for family or visiting guests. Additional flexible sleeping arrangements are available with two Milliard folding twin beds, suitable for both adults and children. The open-plan gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a Viking oven, Sub-Zero refrigerator, microwave, wine refrigerator, and other premium finishes. The residence also includes two modern bathrooms, an integrated washer and dryer, and a large covered patio that provides an ideal space for outdoor dining, entertaining, or simply relaxing while taking in the spectacular coastal views.
